Refund policy
Mortal Guard is built by a fighter. If your gear isn't right, we'll make it right.
Pre-orders
MG Series gloves are sold as pre-orders. You pay when you order, and your gloves ship within the window shown on the product page — currently 6–8 weeks from the date of your order.
- Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, no questions asked. Email Info@mortalguard.com with your order number.
- If production runs late, we will email you before your estimated ship date with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
- If your gloves have not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date shown in your confirmation, you may cancel for a full refund.
Returns on delivered gloves
You have 30 days from delivery to return gloves for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unworn, free of odour and bag or ring marks, and in their original packaging.
Gloves that have been trained in cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons — the same rule every reputable equipment brand follows. If you are unsure about sizing, email us before you order and we will help you pick.
Wrong size
We exchange for a different weight within 30 days of delivery on unused gloves. You cover return shipping; we cover shipping the replacement to you anywhere in Canada.
Damage and defects
If your gloves arrive damaged, defective, or are not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace them or refund you in full, including all shipping costs.
Manufacturing defects in stitching, seams, or leather are covered for 6 months from delivery under normal training use. Normal wear — creasing, colour fading, cosmetic scuffing from bag work — is not a defect.
Starting a return
Email Info@mortalguard.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (Interac e-Transfer or PayPal) within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the fault is ours.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection law.
